E-mail Forwarding in Shared Hosting
In case you have a shared hosting package with our company and you create email addresses inside your account, you will be able to forward it with only a couple of mouse clicks to another e-mail address of your choosing. The option can be activated when you set up a new mailbox or whenever you want later and deactivated just as quickly any time you change your mind. This can be done from the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel in which you can handle your account. You will also have the option to choose if a backup of the incoming messages will stay on our servers or not. The advantage of this feature is you will always have a copy on your end if anything occurs with the other mailbox or if it isn't active for reasons unknown at the time a message is forwarded. In case the option is not enabled, an e-mail will be received, forwarded and erased from our servers no matter if the remote email is working or not, so it is usually a wise decision to have it active just to be on the safe side.
E-mail Forwarding in Semi-dedicated Servers
Forwarding an email address located in our system can be very simple if you have a semi-dedicated server plan with us and it will not require you more than several mouse clicks to set up. You can do this through the Emails area of the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel and you'll be able to monitor the email addresses that are being forwarded and where your emails will be sent with a glance. The feature is activated and deactivated for each of the email addresses in your account. You can also activate or deactivate a valuable feature that we provide - a copy of the emails being sent through our servers can stay on the server. By doing this, you will also have a backup copy of your incoming emails and you'll not have to concern yourself with loss of any information. In case you keep this option deactivated, you risk losing email messages if there's an issue with the remote mailbox.
