Multiple OS in VPS Servers
Our VPS server plans feature three Linux distributions that you can choose from for the Operating System of your new hosting server - Debian, Ubuntu and CentOS. In addition to being totally free, the OSs are extremely stable and secure and the primary reason to offer all three of them is to ensure that you can run every application that you would like, as different pieces of software could have different requirements when it comes to the environment they can be used on. Each one of the three OSs is supported by a large community of web developers who have generated many hundreds of software packages which you can set up and use on your VPS. In accordance with the Operating System that you pick, you will also be able to choose between three different Control Panels to take care of your hosting content. Of course, should you decide that you need a different OS, we could always reinstall the server with it. As a paid upgrade, we also offer you weekly updates of the OS for optimum stability and security.
Multiple OS in Dedicated Servers
If you decide to purchase one of our dedicated servers, you shall find three Operating Systems on the order page as we want to give you a broader choice regarding the system environment on your server as different applications could have specific requirements. CentOS, Ubuntu and Debian contain different modules developed by their large support communities, so you can select any of these OSs and enjoy a reliable and secure hosting service. Depending on your choice, you will also have different Control Panels to choose from. Of course, we can always change the Operating System in case the one you've selected at first doesn't meet the requirements of the software that you'd like to run. We can also upgrade the OS on a regular basis in order to keep it as risk-free as possible with our Managed Services upgrade package.
